You would be supporting a client in her 50’s living in Eastbourne, East Sussex with multiple complex health issues covering both mental and physical health. This post involves working closely with the client to manage her health issues and assist as needed. Heath issues will be covered in interview but include brittle asthma, diabetes, tonic-clonic epilepsy which can include multiple seizures, which can be unstable, CPTSD.
