Hello, I am a 43 year old independent, confident woman who lives in Rustington (soon to be Angmering as due to move!) with my husband who works full time; I am looking to hire a Personal Assistant for the weekends.

I have carers during the weekdays and also when my husband is away for work overnight,

Wages start at £16

I am looking for a carer for holiday cover and to cover any sickness.

I would like some support with washing, personal care, dressing and support with my breakfast.

My disabilities affect me physically and mentally I need someone who can be a friend but also be caring and supportive.

Duties include:

  • Medication prompting/administering
  • Personal grooming
  • Eating and drinking assistance
  • Moving and handling
  • Clinical tasks
  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Housekeeping
  • Companionship
  • Looking after pets
  • Dressing / undressing
  • Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

  • Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Must be comfortable with pets
  • Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
