I am a young man in my early 20s living in Seaford and would like a PA to support me with paperwork and correspondence. Domestic tasks including help with shopping, ideas for meals and buying the correct ingredients, support with meal planning and gentle persuasion to eat regularly. Support to manage, plan and action living routines including laundry. Support with appointment planning and managing.

I have 5 hours per week available and want to use these hours flexibly, we can discuss this at interview.
