I am a 56-year-old spiritual lady who is looking for a personal assistant to support me with domestic tasks, helping me to prep nutritious meals and getting out locally. I am really interested in finding someone who has experience in nutrition to help me manage my diabetes. I am a very private person and like to keep to a low profile.
I would like someone to get my house spruced up, taking charge of household tasks and help me plan meals. I would also like to opportunities to study online and will need help finding courses that interest me, with perhaps the odd trip out.
I have mental health and physical health needs which affect my everyday needs. Experience of mental health would be desirable.
Duties include:
- Support with meal planning and prep to ensure I am making nutritional meals to manage my diabetes
- Encourage me to make trips out an engage in activities of interest
Candidate qualities:
- Experienced in mental health and ideally have experience or knowledge of Schizophrenia.
- Knowledge or understanding of diabetes type 2 would preferable
- A flare for cooking and nutrition is desirable.
- Able to tolerate the employer vaping in the workplace

Please note, if you are successful in your application for this position you will be employed directly by the individual employer and not Independent Lives. Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.
