I am a young at heart 60 year old lady who is looking for a personal assistant who can offer companionship and support so that I can get out of the house once a week. I would love to have support so that I can go out for coffee, take a walk along the beach or park.
I am diabetic, so going to the local supermarket for the correct food is important for me. I have good days and bad days due to depression, anxiety and my mental health needs. I am on medication for my mental health, if I do have an off day, please be patient and supportive and a sit down with a cup of tea can really help me.
