I am looking for personal care for a Man
Drivers licence required: Yes
Own vehicle needed: Yes
Hours per week:
Mostly afternoons. Hours will be decided on a week by week basis

I am a 31 year old man, others describe me as a polite, charming and friendly person.
I am looking for a self employed PA to help me with budgeting, food shopping, meal planning, supporting me to attend appointments and to attend the local gym.
You must be a car owner prepared to use your car, with business insurance.
The ideal person will be sympathetic and display an understanding of the challenges faced by me and support me to overcome my low self esteem and encourage and motivate me to work towards a healthier lifestyle.
