Hours per week:

I have 15 hours of support per week, I would guarantee a minimum of 10 hours per week, some weeks would be up to 20 hours, dependent on what is happening in a given week, but would be discussed

I have Fabry Disease, which is a metabolic condition and have recently been diagnosed with ADHD.

I co parent my family with my ex partner. We are currently living in Lewes and will be moving to Ditchling in the next little while, so anyone taking on this role, will need to be aware of the rural location.

Tasks I need support with include maintaining the home environment, helping packing and unpacking with the house move, admin tasks, support with attending appointments, both for myself, and the children, supporting me to take my children out for the day during the school holidays - and anything that comes up on a day to day basis that I require support with.
