The job will be mainly care work, housework including laundry, tidying and personal care.
The job will be challenging and frustrating, interesting and varied, but hopefully, rewarding and satisfying.
Full training will be given
Duties include:
Candidate qualities:
- Sensitive to the fact that they will be working at the employer’s home:
- be aware of other family members and to minimise interruption to them
- treat employer’s home and belongings with care and respect
- be wary and sensitive to the family’s routines, procedures and practices personal to them
- Previous experience is not as essential as a kind and common sense approach is to the role; the employee’s potential, personal qualities. Approach and attitude is more important than experience.
