£14.40 (8am-8pm) | £16 (8pm-8am)

I’m a 26 year old man, living in Shoreham with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. I use an electric wheelchair and BiPAP, and I’m looking for a like-minded PA to help me get out and enjoy life.

You’ll drive my accessible van, help with eating, drinking, meds, bathroom, BiPAP, and keep the vibe positive while I’m out at pubs, restaurants, or football.

No experience needed — training provided. Must be easy-going, reliable, comfortable with young people, and hold a full UK driving licence.

£14.40/hour (day), £16 after 8pm, flexible hours, paid training. Join me for fun nights out and Brighton & Hove Albion games!

Duties include:

  • Medication prompting/administering
  • Personal grooming
  • Eating and drinking assistance
  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Transportation
  • Companionship
  • Dressing / undressing
  • Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Honest and cheerful

Comfortable around social situations with clients friends

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
