We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to provide support for a young adult who requires full assistance with daily living. The individual requires one-to-one care.

The role will also include accompanying him to Chailey Heritage Foundation three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), ensuring safe and timely transport to accompany him and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany to Chailey Heritage Foundation and provide support during attendance.

  • Assist with feeding, drinking, and administering medication (training provided).

  • Support with mobility and use of equipment.

  • Provide full personal care: washing, showering, toileting, and dressing.

  • Maintain a safe, clean environment and monitor wellbeing.

  • Offer companionship and encourage engagement in daily activities.

  • Ensure confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Good level of spoken and written English.

  • Reliable, empathetic, and respectful.

  • Comfortable with personal care and working within a set shift pattern.

Desirable

  • Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.

  • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and sectors.
