We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to provide support for a young adult who requires full assistance with daily living. The individual requires one-to-one care.
The role will also include accompanying him to Chailey Heritage Foundation three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), ensuring safe and timely transport to accompany him and support.
Key Responsibilities

Accompany to Chailey Heritage Foundation and provide support during attendance.

Assist with feeding, drinking, and administering medication (training provided).

Support with mobility and use of equipment.

Provide full personal care: washing, showering, toileting, and dressing.

Maintain a safe, clean environment and monitor wellbeing.

Offer companionship and encourage engagement in daily activities.

Ensure confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential).

Right to work in the UK.

Good level of spoken and written English.

Reliable, empathetic, and respectful.

Comfortable with personal care and working within a set shift pattern.
Desirable

Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
