The hours we are looking for are: twelve-hour shift of 8.00am – 8.00pm. (mainly weekends) Some half day shifts of 8.00am – 1.00pm and 1.00pm – 8.00pm are also available
Hourly pay rate:
£15.00
We are looking for a PA to join our team of 5 to work with a 48 year old lady who has a brain injury and complex needs who lives in her family home. The person needs to have a sense of humour and be energetic. Common sense and to remain calm under pressure are imperative. The ability to have a vision of how to improve the quality of life for someone with profound complex needs would be much appreciated. There is in depth training which involves hard work both physically and mentally but also much laughter. Staff work on a 2:1 ratio and we are looking for someone who could work approximately 36 hours per week. Experience is not essential as training will be given on the job. There is a 6 month probationary period. The candidate must have transport as the location is rural. You will be entitled to 5.6 weeks holiday a year

You will also need to be sensitive to the needs of people while adapting to a new environment and be able to remain calm under pressure and be physically able.
