As a Support Worker/Personal Assistant, you will our son navigate life's adventures while ensuring his safety and well-being. Your role will involve providing one-on-one support, engaging in meaningful activities, and fostering his independence.

Tasks will include supporting our son to access the community in activities he enjoys such as swimming, bowling, or even a trip to the seaside, encouraging social interactions and experiences outside the home.

The above tasks could be by car for which 35 p a mile will be paid or on public transport.

Duties include:

Personal Care: 

  • Prompt to wipe and flush after using the toilet and to wash hands.

Social: 

  • Accompany employer son when accessing social and leisure activities keeping him safe.
  • The above duties could involve driving the employer’s son in the PA’s car for which mileage will be paid.

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
