You will need to drop me off at places including museums in central London (such as the natural history museum), Kew gardens, restaurants and shops. You need to be happy with driving into central London, and various London boroughs, and finding a disabled car parking space. I have a blue badge. Usually I will then be fine without assistance during the leisure activity, as I will be with friends who can help. But, if I need urgent assistance, I will need to call you so it is very important you stay nearby.
If I am going out but not seeing friends, then you can also accompany me during the activity.
The job is for 6 hours a week (but this may be rolled over so that I can use 8-12 hours at once, to go out for a
whole day). The job will nearly always be on a Saturday or Sunday, but mostly Saturdays. Very occasionally, it might be on a weekday, but will give a schedule in advance. We will make sure you are insured on our vehicle.
I will need a careful driver who is a non-smoker, who understands that I am immunocompromised and will be happy to wear a mask in the car (which I can provide) and understands the importance of hygiene. I love sewing, crochet and embroidery, and listening to audiobooks. I also like seeing my friends and trying new hobbies.
