Hourly pay rate:

£14.50 per hour

I am a 25 year old stay at home mum who is seeking support to care for myself and assistance caring for my daughter who is 4 years old. I have limb-girdle muscular dystrophy which essentially causes my muscles to deteriorate over time. I am a part-time wheelchair user & use a walking aid to walk. I also have frequent falls. The successful applicant must be able to lift me up daily.

Duties include:

  • Moving and handling
  • Other relevant duties as required

  • Companionship
  • Dressing / undressing
  • Bathroom assistance

  • Help care for daughter

  • Experience of being a PA/Carer is essential
  • You must be comfortable with manual handling tasks, I am 5ft6 and weigh around 11.5stones. I do not have a hoist.
