We’re looking for a warm, reliable person to be a steady and uplifting presence for a friendly and thoughtful young man during his two-day-a-week Hotel Assistant placement at Chalk Farm. He thrives on structure and routine, and feels most confident when supported by someone calm, consistent, and reassuring. Your role will be to help him stay grounded, manage his day with predictability, and approach each task with confidence as he takes on this important step into adult life.
Working alongside him throughout his Hotel Assistant duties, you’ll offer gentle guidance, practical help, and the emotional reassurance he needs to manage moments of anxiety. A good sense of humour is essential—he loves to laugh—and bringing warmth and lightness to the day will help him stay relaxed and engaged. He also enjoys walks, music, and facts about space.
We’re looking for someone dependable, friendly, calm under pressure, and confident working one-to-one, who can use their initiative while still maintaining the structure he relies on. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
