The purpose of this post is to enable me to enjoy as independent life as possible at home and when out and about.

I am a 19-year-old female trying to live life to the full. I am a cheerful person and love fun activities. I have autism which impacts on my day- to- day life.

I enjoy watching tv and gaming on my PC. I love drawing, Arts and Crafts

This role involves supporting me to access public transport

I am looking for a PA who has a keen sense of humour, is open minded, non-judgmental and has an awareness of Disability issues.

A PA who has excellent time keeping, organisation and communication skills will be a bonus


Duties include:

  • Shopping
  • Companionship
  • Bathroom assistance
  • Personal grooming
  • Eating and drinking assistance
  • Moving and handling

Additional Duties:

Accompanying and assisting me on shopping trips when required
Accompany me when accessing social and leisure activities, including going to the park
Occasional longer journeys
Accompanying on trips that are of interest
Accompanying on trips out eg to the garden centre, beach, cinema, craft fairs, local visits, out shopping for fun, attending social events.
Whilst on duty at our family home watching TV and assisting with craft activities
