I am looking for personal care for a Child

Drivers licence required:

Own vehicle needed: Yes

Hours per week:

6hrs at a weekend during term time, hours can be flexible to suit. 6 hrs a week during school holidays on any day plus extra hours available

Hourly pay rate:

£12.40

I am looking for a bubbly, friendly & fun PA, to support my Autistic daughter who is 13 years old to access the community.

She is sweet and loving girl with a great sense of humour and has us in stitches with her one liners! She can be quite anxious at times so needs lots of reassurance however when she is comfortable with you, she can be right chatterbox and is great fun to be with. She is creative and loves art, horses, Harry Potter and Rainbow High.

The role is to support her with getting out and joining in with fun and age appropriate activities so it is essential you are a driver with your own car

We live in Selsey and are very close to the beach.

Duties include:

  • Transportation
  • Bathroom assistance

Although no hands on personal care is needed she needs reassurance and support when using public toilets to feel safe.

Accompany my daughter when accessing social and leisure activities, including to swimming, bowling, cinema, shopping or similar.

Driving and accompanying to social events such as: Cinema, Swimming, Bowling, Flip out, Shopping, Attending Riding for Disabled

Accompanying on trips out e.g. to take photographs at the beach or in the woods or, visiting friends.

Accompanying on trips out eg to the garden centre, beach, cinema, craft fairs, local visits, out shopping for fun, attending social events, attending therapies and disability group

Accompanying to social meetings eg friends, family
