I am looking for personal care for a Woman

Drivers licence required: No

Hours per week:

Holiday and sickness cover when required.

Hourly pay rate:

£11.44

I am a down to earth and easy-going lady that is looking for support with every day tasks in my home. I love to chat and watch TV.  This role involves supporting me to get washed and dressed in the mornings, some household tasks like laundry and meal preparation

The successful applicant will be comfortable in providing all aspects of personal care and will be comfortable with my two little dogs and two cats.

Sometimes I need some encouragement to get out about and if you have valid driving licence and are happy to drive my Motability vehicle, we can go further afield.

  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Housekeeping
  • Shopping
  • Cooking
  • Transportation
  • Companionship
  • Looking after pets
  • Dressing / undressing
  • Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

  • Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
  • Able to tolerate the employer smoking in the workplace
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Honest and cheerful
  • Creative
  • Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
  • Must be comfortable with pets
  • Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
