8 hours one Saturday a month times flexible, 3rd Friday every month 6.45pm – 10.15pm and Wed, Thur, Fri term time 12.45pm – 1.45pm

Hourly pay rate:

£12.50, mileage paid at 45p

Hi, thank you for reading my advert.  I am a kind and friendly 20-year male with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, I have a passion for all things related to cars and trains, indulging in Xbox gaming, Nintendo Switch and cherishing quality time with my family.

I have an active lifestyle and enjoy going to and exploring National Trust sites, steam railways and car shows. I am looking for a like minded buddy/personal assistant to support with living my life to my full potential.  Taking me out and about one Saturday a month, attending a sen disco every 3rd Friday and picking me up from college 3 days a week.

Duties include:

  • Other relevant duties as required

  • Cooking
  • Transportation
  • Companionship

Candidate qualities:

  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Honest and cheerful
  • Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
  • Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

  • Sense of humour

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
