I am looking for a PA who will be support me to use the gym in my home and support me to go on bike rides!

I am a 59 year old man looking for someone to support me to get my strength back and be active! I am paraplegic which means I am paralysed from the chest down.

I have a gym in my home which I would like to use more and it would be great if you would be the one to support me! I also have a bike that I hope to eventually use in time as the Downs Link are near by.

I have 10 hours per week available. It would be nice if we could do 2 hours per day five days a week but we can discuss this further so please do apply with you availability.

Duties include:

Candidate qualities:

Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
