About me
I have over 10 years of experience in the health and social care sector. I have experience working with children, young people and adults with autism, learning and physical disabilities. I am highly motivated, reliable, honest and patient. I am a great listener and enjoy getting to know others.
I enjoy supporting others to live as an independent life as possible. I’m motivated to help others and promote choices as well as independence.
When I’m not working I like to go on walks, spending as much time outdoors as possible.
My experience
I have supported arrange of individuals supporting them to live as independently as possible. I have experience working with people with complex needs and challenging by behaviour. I have knowledge of administering medication and also PEG feeding.
Training
I have a nvq level 3 in supporting adults with learning disabilities. I have also undertaking medication and first aid training. I have awareness of epilepsy and other health/medical needs
