About me

I am very chatty, patient and empathetic. I have excellent listening skills and I am genuinely interested in making a difference to people’s lives. I am able to form excellent relationships with the people I work with and support. I find a good sense of humour always helps!

My experience

I have previous experience as a care assistant and a senior care assistant, specifically adults with dementia. I also have experience with spinal injury, paralysis, diabetes, cerebral palsy and SEN. I have worked with children, young adults and elderly.

Training

I have completed my first aid training with St John’s ambulance, gastrostomy first aid, central line first aid, epilepsy and buccolam, disability awareness, manual handling, anaphylaxis and EpiPen administration, sepsis awareness. I have also completed training and courses relating to mental health, autism and specific learning difficulties.
