About me
I believe I am a compassionate and kind individual and I love this work not only because of how I can benefit others but the joy it brings me every day! I think communication is incredibly important to allow every child to feel valued and understood even if they communicate differently to others.
My experience
I’m 16 but have been working with young people with additional needs for some time now and I fall in love with it more every single time! In my opinion there is nothing more important than making a young person feel understood and happy no matter what their needs are.
Training
I completed a week of work experience at Oak Grove College in 2024 and have spent the last 3 of my summer holidays volunteering at Chanctonbury Community Playscheme working with people aged 5-19 (in total 7 full weeks over the 3 years).
