About me
Experienced Support Worker/PA with a Passion for Caring
With nearly five years of professional experience in the care sector, I am a compassionate and enthusiastic support worker who is dedicated to providing exceptional care. I enjoy creating personalised care plans that centre around the individual’s needs.
I have firsthand experience caring for a family member with complex medical issues and moderate learning disabilities from a young age.
I’m a fun bubbly PA that strives to make a safe happy environment to encourage self expression and personal growth.
My experience
I have worked with both adults and children with various different physical and learning disabilities. Including CP, Autism, epilepsy and mental health
Within my roles as a PA and support worker i have, gone on family holidays to provide support and respite, collaborated with professionals to create great person centred care plans, helped keeping track of finances and accompanied to doctors appointments. As well as carrying out household tasks, all forms of personal care, meal prep for both peg blended diets and oral, plus all the fun activities whether that’s going to the park, swimming soft play horse riding or sitting down with a cuppa tea and having a chat!
