I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with experience supporting adults and families within Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

My work as a PA has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face and I am committed to ensuring their well-being, dignity and independence.

Through direct support and advocacy I have helped individuals navigate financial hardship, access essential benefits including PIP and secure safe and stable housing.  I can help with guidance on budgeting, making healthy food choices and maintaining good relationships with family and friends.

I assist with all daily tasks, offer emotional support and am happy to travel to places of interest to get out and about.

I love all pets, am happy to take dogs for walks, cook meals, go shopping, play games and spend time chatting.
