About me
I’m a 32 year old women with two young boys age 4 and 2.5. I worked at blind veterans ovingdean for 8.5 years and loved it! Unfortunately was made redundant in September 2024.
I am caring, calm and empathetic. I like keeping busy but also love to sit and have a cupper tea a chat. I’m hardworking and work well under pressure. I live in peacehaven but I have my own car so I can travel when needed. Im reliable and driven. I get job satisfaction knowing I have helped make someone’s day easier/brighter.
My experience
I was a qualified hairdresser when I left school, I went on to do bar work and hairdressing. I then started working at blind veterans uk where I was a healthcare assistant for 8.5 years. This included all aspects of hair ranging from personal care to daily living assistants.
Training
I have covered many aspects of training over the 8.5 years. I have my care certificate apon. Request.
