Skills for Care is running a research project looking at how they support individual employers address recruitment and retention challenges.
They are running research activities throughout March 2022, and are interested in hearing the views of individual employers who are recruiting, or have recently recruited, a personal assistant. They are also looking for people to speak to them about retention of staff.
If you are an individual employer and you would like to take part, you can sign up to one or both of the following activities:
- A phone interview (approximately 30 minutes) – any time before Friday 18 March
- An online design workshop (approximately 2 hours) – to take place on Tue 29 March
