Would you like to find out more about what is involved when a Direct Payment customer becomes an employer? Have you always wondered what responsibilities and tasks are involved when a customer employs PAs using their Direct Payment funds. This session gives you an overview of employment responsibilities for example; employers’ liability insurance, health and safety, payroll, issuing employment contracts and checking a PA’s right to work in the UK.
