Hourly pay rate:
£13.25 per hour
I am an outgoing, fun, and active 31-year-old man with Cerebral Palsy living with my family and my lovely Labrador in Goring.
I am currently looking for an active, like-minded PA who can start ASAP and is reliable and consistent.
The successful applicant would be comfortable with supporting me with personal care tasks. These include toileting, showering, getting dressed/undressed, and preparing my dinner. I have no medical needs and I take no medication.
The social aspect of this role includes swimming, going to the cinema/pub, going to see friends, watching football and shopping.
I need support in the swimming pool so ability to swim essential.
Extra work on an ad hoc basis may be available too as well as some overnights.
Previous experience is not essential as full training is provided.
However, you must have a full driving license and be willing/able to drive my car for me. This is essential otherwise I am very restricted.
Duties include:
- Preparing Dinner
- Support with swimming, going to the cinema and pub, going to see friends, watching football and shopping.
Candidate qualities:
- Be comfortable to support me with personal care tasks
- Have a full driving licence and be willing/able to drive employer’s car
- Be comfortable around dogs
- Be able to swim and assist employer in swimming pool
