Hours per week:
Hours are 3 per week term time, can be spread over any weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 3:30 until 16:30 after school. We are flexible on days. 6 hours per week during school holidays. School holidays will be 6 hrs a week also flexible on days and times.
Hourly pay rate:
£12.21
PA wanted to work with my 6 year old son who has a rare genetic condition called Sox 4. His main symptom is global development delay which has mostly affected his speech, reading and writing. He requires a lot of 1-1 attention.
He loves riding his bike and scooter. He enjoys playing football and loves diggers and cars, and going on the swings at the park.
The PA will be based here at home or can take him out to the park etc.
We are a non smoking family. We are ideally looking for someone with experience of working with disabled children, especially with speech delay.
My son needs a PA who has lots of energy, is patient and caring.
Duties include:
- Taking the child out to the park
- Supporting the child at home
- Keeping the child safe and supervised at all times
Candidate qualities:
- Ideally have experience of working with children with disabilities, especially speech delay.
- Have lots of energy.
- Be caring.
Additional requirements
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
