Self Employed Rate TBC (Employed rate £12.21 an hour)
We are looking for 1–2 compassionate and reliable Personal Assistants to support our customer, who is a friendly and independent-minded individual, with her daily living needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with meal preparation (lunch and tea), including supervision and prompting to manage fatigue.
- Assistance with household chores to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
- Help with nutrition and hydration, including preparing meals and drinks based on her daily preferences.
- Encourage and support the customers independence and confidence in daily tasks.
- Work alongside the customers son, who is actively involved in her care and shopping.
- Respect and support the customers family connections, primarily maintained by phone.
Additional Info:
- The customer and her son are exploring private physiotherapy at home to support her mobility.
- No specific time required for hot meals—flexibility is appreciated.
- The customer is currently being supported part time by another PA, however this additional support will help with the above.
