I am a friendly young woman in my mid twenties and am looking for a friendly, reliable PA to support me with attending my hydrotherapy clases, some housework and getting to appointments. I suffer from POTS am hypermobile and am Neurodivergent. I also have other ongoing issues with my mental health. This is a rewarding role for the right person.

Duties include:

Other relevant duties as required
Housekeeping
Transportation

-Support with undertaking hydrotherapy sessions-assisting me while in the pool and with the exercises.
-An understanding of POTS and hypermobility is desirable, as well as a trauma informed approach.
-Experience in supporting with physiotherapy exercises also desirable.
