We are looking for a reliable and friendly Personal Assistant to provide support across two weekly visits (Monday and Friday), totalling 6 hours per week (3 hours each day).

Duties include:

  • Monday (3 hours)
    • Weekly shopping trip to Tesco or Waitrose in Hailsham
    • Assistance carrying shopping indoors and putting items away
    • Help with light household chores if time allows
    • Gentle check of medication boxes
    • Collect medication from Alfriston pharmacy if required
  • Friday (3 hours
    • Vacuuming
    • Laundry
    • Changing bedding
    • Cleaning (toilets, fridge, microwave)
    • Gentle check of medication box
    • Checking cat food supplies
    • Trip to a local shop or visit to a local café for social interactions

About you:

  • Trustworthy, reliable, and organised
  • Friendly and patient with a positive attitude
  • Able to support with light domestic tasks and community outings
  • Driver essential (due to shopping and medication collection)
