We are looking for a warm, compassionate, and easy-going Personal Assistant to support a vibrant 20-year-old young woman who is social, fun-loving, and enjoys going on outings and watching movies. This role is perfect for someone kind, patient, and calm, who enjoys helping others build independence while sharing positive experiences together.

Your role will focus on offering companionship, helping her stay organised at home, and supporting her to access her community safely and confidently. She is developing her independence and sometimes feels overwhelmed, which can lead to moments of distress or anxiety. During these times, she needs someone who can remain calm, attentive, and reassuring — ensuring she feels safe, supported, and grounded.

You’ll also help her keep her living space tidy and organised, plan enjoyable activities, and gently encourage routines that promote confidence and stability. The role requires someone who can stay observant and responsive to her needs, providing reassurance and maintaining a safe environment, particularly during challenging moments.

Most importantly, you’ll be a trusted companion — someone who brings warmth, structure, and understanding to her day-to-day life, while supporting her to thrive and enjoy her independence.

If you’re caring, adaptable, and motivated by making a real difference in someone’s life, we’d love to hear from you.
