We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and compassionate individual to provide light personal support and companionship for just one hour a day, three days a week. The days are flexible, so this role can fit easily around your existing commitments.
This is not a high-pressure care role – rather, it’s about being a friendly and supportive presence. You’ll assist with light personal care and hygiene, offer gentle prompts for medication, and encourage healthy habits like eating, drinking, and light at-home exercise. Most importantly, you’ll provide friendly company and conversation – the kind of connection that can brighten someone’s entire day.
