Hours per week:

Working times would be in the morning from 8am to 9:30am. Ideally I would like 4 mornings a week but this can be discussed if you are unable to do each day.

Hourly pay rate:

£16 per hour

We are looking for a kind, reliable, and patient Personal Assistant to support a friendly and easy-going 19-year-old young man on the autistic spectrum.

The ideal PA would be able to work mornings from 8am to 9:30am to oversee him at home before he goes to College.

Your own transport would be essential.

There is flexibility on the days for the right candidate.

Duties include:

  • Personal grooming
  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Transportation

Candidate qualities:

  • Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Honest and cheerful
  • Must be comfortable with pets

  • Friendly, calm, and understanding of autism
  • Has good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Punctual and dependable

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
