I am an outgoing person and enjoy meeting people. I love to have a laugh and enjoy having a good old chat.

My physical health has deteriorated in recent years due to a spinal injury, and I would like to try to improve this and maintain my mobility as much as I can.

This role is to help me at the gym with getting on and off the machines and navigating between them. For this, someone who is familiar with the gym would be crucial and ideally someone who has some knowledge or experience with supporting, hands on, with some stretching of my legs etc but this can be worked towards.

I’m a member of Better Gym so ideally, I would meet you at Thornton Health or South Norwood branch 2 days a week for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Duties include:

  • Moving and handling

Supporting to use and move between gym equipment.

Support to mobilise .

Support to get in and out of cab to and from the gym.
