Hours per week:

11.5 hours per week from Monday to Sunday plus 4x3 hour visits to East Grinstead per year. Job share, 2 PAs.

Hourly pay rate:

I am a friendly disabled lady in my fifties.

I’m looking for 2 personal assistants to help prepare my meals, support me to take my medication, order prescriptions, support me with some personal care and support me to get to doctors’ appointments and get out and about with my family.

This will be a rewarding, long-time role for the right person.

Duties include:

  • Medication prompting/administering
  • Personal grooming
  • Moving and handling
  • Clinical tasks
  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Housekeeping
  • Shopping
  • Cooking
  • Transportation
  • Companionship
  • Dressing / undressing
  • Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

  • Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
