I am looking for someone kind, calm, intuitive and genuinely caring who will take the time to get to know me and understand how I am feeling. I can sometimes need support recognising changes in my mood and knowing what might help me regulate and feel more settled. I would really value someone who is naturally observant and can pick up on the little things, rather than always needing me to explain what I need.

I have some memory difficulties, so I need gentle prompting with things such as taking my medication and remembering to stay hydrated. I also need support attending medical appointments and, importantly, encouragement and companionship to get out and about.

I love being outdoors, enjoy walks in nature, visiting National Trust properties, going to the beach, having a coffee somewhere nice or simply going for a drive to have a change of scenery. I am a rural person at heart and love plants, animals (I have a cat) and care about the planet.

I play the guitar and enjoy music, books and crystals. I appreciate a. I am a strong empath and can be sensitive to my surroundings preferring a calm environment and quieter experiences.

My home is very important to me and I am particular about my living space, so it is important that my PA is respectful of my home and the way I like things to be. I would appreciate someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, tidy and organised and understands that the little details matter to me.

There may be some personal care needed from time to time, depending on what I need on the day. This could include help with things such as fastenings or putting on socks. I will also need practical help with everyday tasks such as laundry, light domestic jobs and shopping.

For me, this role is about much more than ticking off a list of tasks. I am looking for someone I can build a trusting relationship with — someone who can support me to remain as independent as possible, help me get out and enjoy life, and be there when I need a little extra support. You will need a full driving licence and be over 30 to be able to drive my Motability vehicle.

If you are a warm, reliable and empathetic person who enjoys nature, animals, music and a quieter way of life, and you feel you would be a good fit for me, I would love to hear from you.

  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
