I’m looking for a local Personal Assistant (PA) within around 15 minutes of Lindfield to provide occasional ad hoc holiday cover.
I’m a 45-year-old female artist with health conditions and hidden disabilities, seeking a self-employed PA who can offer flexible support during occasional weekday shifts of around 3–4 hours.
The support would include helping with morning routines, light housework, simple meal preparation, dog walking, admin reminders, and assistance with keeping on top of appointments. My energy levels and symptoms can fluctuate, so patience, understanding, and an awareness of neurodiversity are essential.
The ideal person will be reliable, organised, confident around dogs, happy to help with some cleaning, and comfortable preparing simple meals. You must be self-employed, HMRC-registered, and have your own public liability insurance.
If you’re kind, practical, and enjoy helping someone maintain independence and manage day-to-day life, I’d love to hear from you.
