About me

I’ve worked in care for 10 years now in a variety of settings, currently covering agency in care homes across East Sussex while working as a PA. For the last two years I have been working as a self employed PA for a lady in Hastings while caring for my grandad with dementia who passed away this year. Before this, I have worked in domiciliary care and a mental health/dementia home in Battle. I am used to organising myself and my time, I am honest and open about what I can provide and do for you and enjoy bringing a smile to people. I live in Hastings with my partner, three legged cat and dog, we are often at the beach or on a dog walk. I also worked in a rescue cattery and do not mind getting my hands dirty for the love of an animal. I have availability and look forward to meeting someone new to help.

I have gained a variety of experience in this role with regards to working with different medical conditions. I believe several key skills I have are to think quickly on my feet, keep a smile, work efficiently, communicate clearly and keep people safe. I am down to earth, flexible and enjoy a laugh. Training

I achieved the care certificate in 2015 and Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker in 2024.
I am self employed and use different training in addition to Independent Lives, certificates can be shown at request. I am fully insured and have a full driving license.
