About me

I have over five years of experience working in health and social care, including managing domiciliary care services and supporting individuals to live independently. I am motivated by making a positive difference in people’s lives, ensuring they feel respected, valued, and supported in their daily activities.

I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships and take pride in being reliable, organised, and adaptable to the needs of the person I support.

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, learning new skills through my leadership and management studies, and spending time with family and friends. I also like reading, walking, and exploring new places.

My experience

I have previous experience working in customer service roles, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. I also managed a logistics company, where I was responsible for planning routes, coordinating operations, and ensuring tasks were completed on time. In addition, I have volunteered with St John Ambulance, gaining valuable first aid knowledge and experience supporting people in the community.
