About me
Awarded highly commended in the outstanding contribution to social care at the ESPIC care awards 2025 the award was given to me personally in recognition of my work in care across the local community.
I am based in Eastbourne and East Grinstead i am also available for roles in Forest row and surrounding areas.
I have been in healthcare for 29 years I have worked in domiciliary care for a number of years then worked at my local hospital both on medical and surgical wards and out patients, I am up to date with all training medication, health and safety, safeguarding etc, I am a registered company, I’m very passionate about the care I give is to high standards and have a good repal with my current clients, I currently am self employed and received payments through direct payments and also have privately funded clients. I am calm very compassionate and approachable.
My experience
All training up to date regarding medication, health and safety, manual and handling, clients currently dementia, Parkinson’s, visual impairments, autism spectrum, depression mental health to make a few, I trained at the hospital, I get a lot of satisfaction helping people remain independent in there own homes, and promoting independence, I am companionate, caring and have loads of empathy and can supply plenty of references, I have insurances and I do contracts with all clients.
Training
I have all up to date training course completed but not through people’s lives which I’m happy to supply.
