Alexis M

I have over 20 years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults in educational, therapeutic, and care settings. My work has included teaching, mentoring, and providing emotional and practical support to people with special educational needs, disabilities, and mental health challenges. I also have experience coordinating therapy services and supporting clients one-to-one in structured wellbeing programmes.

I am motivated by helping people live fulfilling, independent lives and creating supportive, positive environments where they feel understood and valued. I enjoy building trusting relationships and providing practical assistance tailored to individual needs.

Outside of work, I am passionate about fitness and wellbeing, including bouldering, rock climbing, and Tai Chi, which I have studied and taught. I am creative and enjoy playing the guitar, and I have a busy family life as a parent of four children. These interests help me bring patience, energy, and empathy to my work.
