Throughout this training\, you’ll learn about various mental health conditions\, tailoring your care approaches\, and promoting overall wellbeing for individuals you support\, as well as yourself. \nWhat will be covered?\n\nWhat mental health is\nUnderstanding the mental health continuum\nHaving knowledge of your own stress container\nUnderstanding your own frame of reference and how this may affect how you support someone.\nAwareness of a variety of mental health conditions\, including anxiety and depression\nRecognising some of the early indicators of ill mental health\nSelf-help strategies and helpful resources\n\nThis session will be held online via Zoom. \nPricing\nThis course is priced at £40 per person.
