I am looking for personal care for a Woman

Drivers licence required: Yes

Own vehicle needed: Yes

Hours per week:

Tuesday and Thursday 11am – 2pm 6 hours a week – shift times can be flexible. – may lead to permanent role

Hourly pay rate:

£10.42 – mileage will also be discussed.

I am friendly 49 year old lady with two grown up sons and four cats and I am looking for someone who I can have a good old chat and a laugh with.

I will need support to get out and about for walks, to attend classes and groups and also someone to help me with some light domestic duties and some personal care.

I have moved some time ago to the area and would love to get to know the place and the people more. I enjoy a bit of shopping, getting some fresh air and I love my crafts, particularly card making.

I have Ataxia and other related conditions which can lower my energy levels, affect my balance, limb control and eyesight, so please bear with me as the support I need might be dependent on how I am feeling on the day.

I will need someone with their own car that is capable of taking my wheelchair, as I cannot walk far.

Duties include:

  • Medication prompting/administering
  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Administration
  • Housekeeping
  • Transportation
  • Companionship
  • Looking after pets
  • Gardening

  • driving me in your car, lifting the folding wheelchair in/out of car, pushing my wheelchair when out, when I am not using my walking stick.
