I am looking for personal care for a Woman
Drivers licence required: No
Hours per week:
Approx. 4 hours which may be worked weekly or fortnightly. Days/times to be arranged. Can Work 1 full day every 2 weeks.
Hourly pay rate:
£11 per hour
I am a 20-year-old lady with Autism, communication difficulties and dyslexia
I live with my family in Worthing
I am part of the LGBTQ+ community
I need support with accessing community facilities and developing independence.
My interests include photography and film.
I would like to broaden my involvement in the community in the future e.g go to the Repair café, attend film events.
You would be required to accompany/escort me while out in the community using public transport e.g. assisting with clothes shopping
Some support may be needed occasionally at home with other independent living tasks
Extremely good communication skills are essential
You must be calm, patient, extremely respectful of my privacy and have experience/knowledge of Autism and communication difficulties
Duties include:

Non-smoker due to medical reasons
Notes:
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
Please note, if you are successful in your application for this position you will be employed directly by the individual employer and not Independent Lives. Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.
