I am looking for personal care for a Man

Hours per week:

Approx. 10.00am-1.00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

I am a 49 year old man with memory, concentration and mobility difficulties.

I can be hyper-anxious and also need time to absorb information, gather my thoughts and carry out activities.

I have a serious allergy to cats.  I only smoke when I am on my own and don’t allow smoking in my home.

Support needed with appointments, admin. tasks/paperwork, shopping, prompting with timekeeping and completing tasks.

My home is mainly clean but occasionally domestic tasks and decluttering will be required.

You may also be required to help me with contacting friends, going out to a café.

I am looking for a PA with experience of dealing with admin/paperwork. Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard.

I am very polite and well mannered and would like my PA to behave similarly.

Enthusiasm and an ability to be imaginative, think outside of the box and problem solve is essential.

You should also be very patient, reliable, hygienic, tidy-minded and well organized.

You would report to me as your employer.

Duties include:

  • Administration
  • Shopping
  • Cooking

  • General housework, including cleaning, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning windows, decluttering and tidying when required.
  • Prompting with timekeeping, completing tasks and attending appointments.
  • Occasionally contacting friends, going to a café, going for a walk.
