I have a learning disability and my friendliness and chattiness makes me vulnerable, I need a PA to ensure that I am safe at all times when out with me. I know the bus timetables off by heart, and even know some of the drivers rotas, so can anticipate which driver will be driving the bus. I can find it hard when there are unexpected changes to bus timetables and will need reassurance if that were to happen.
