I am a 46 year old man and young at heart. Last year I had a serious mountain biking accident so I am now tetraplegic and a wheelchair user. I am still very active and like to spend time outdoors and meet up with friends.

The role/hours could be shared between two support workers.
Driving licence is preferable but not essential.
Duties include:
- Providing admin. support - taking notes, typing, online and face to face meetings, drafting and creating documents. Also providing admin. support for HR matters/confidential meetings
- Providing support for site visits to nature reserves/offices - organising travel and accommodation, support with travel to/from, loading up into taxis, moving around locations, providing support to use a drone and a telescope.
- Providing support with personal care tasks during work hours e.g. dispensing medication, emptying catheter, bowel and bladder care, assistance at meal times, transferring, dressing/undressing.
- Providing support on trips away including staying overnight, organising travel and supporting with personal care tasks.
Candidate qualities:
- Active and enjoy being outdoors
- Interested in nature and the countryside
